本店設有海外運送服務，主要是以香港郵政的海外空郵服務把貨物運送予客人，形式會以小郵包或包裹，視乎物件的大小，運費則以重量和地點計算，另加包裝費HK$30.00。本地郵局的假期為星期日及公眾假期，若遇上假期日，郵寄貨品會於假期後第一天寄出。

a. 可發電郵(enquiry@cyfbadminton.com) 或傳真(852-2302-0790)給我們說明品牌、型號、尺碼、顏色、件數等等

b. 本店收到電郵或傳真後，會盡快確認貨品及發出報價單

c. 收到你的再次確認後，會發出發票及說明付款方法

d. 收妥款項後，會於兩至三個工作天內發貨到指定地址及發電郵通知發貨日期和收據號碼

c. 全部商品退貨或更換時，客人需負擔發送的運費

d. 沒有商標標籤、鞋盒的商品；或是商品受到損毀或沾污等均恕不接受退貨或更換

f. 收妥退貨後，本店會立刻查驗貨品，如是廠商出廠問題或是本店的錯誤，本店會盡快把貨品更換及寄回

International Shipping Order

We offer worldwide delivery services by the HongKong Post in the form of small packets or parcels through airmail. Shipping charges depend on the weight, size and destination of shipment plus a small packing fee HK$30.00.

1. Order Procedure:

b. Once we receive your order by email or by fax, we will inform you the stock availability and send you the quotation

c. After receiving your final confirmation, we will send you the invoice including the payment method

d. Upon receipt of the payment, we will deliver of goods within 2 to 3 working days under email advice advising the actual date of dispatch and the receipt number

3. Returns & Warranties

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please:

a. Contact us within 7 days after receipt of goods by email stating product name, invoice number as well as invoice date.

b. Upon receipt of the email, we will confirm your request. Without prior notice, no return or exchange is allowed.

c. Absence of the brand/product label, shoe box or goods that are being broken or spoiled are not acceptable

d. Shipping cost for the return goods to be borne by the customers

e. All return goods must be sent to the following address:

CYF Badminton Company, Ground Floor,No. 39 Hillwood Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

f. We will investigate the goods and should there is a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part, we will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
